At Manoi Skin, every order is prepared with care and intention. Below you’ll find important information regarding how and when your ritual will arrive.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when it ships.
During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States.
At this time, we do not ship to:
Alaska
Hawaii
U.S. territories
Military bases (APO/FPO/DPO addresses)
International destinations
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected carrier service.
All shipping fees are non-refundable.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and carrier service. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Manoi Skin is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Protection (Optional)
Shipping protection is an optional add-on available at checkout to provide added peace of mind during transit.
By adding shipping protection, your order is covered in the event it is lost, damaged, or stolen after shipment. This allows for faster resolution and replacement support without the need to file carrier claims.
Orders placed without shipping protection remain subject to standard carrier policies, and replacements or refunds for lost or damaged packages may be limited.
We recommend shipping protection for customers who want an added layer of security for their ritual from dispatch to delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your ritual’s journey.
Incorrect or Missing Address Information
Please review your shipping details carefully at checkout.
If you realize that an incorrect or incomplete address was entered, contact us within one (1) hour of placing your order, and we will do our best to assist before shipment.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may be unable to make changes to the delivery address. Manoi Skin is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to address issues, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact our Customer Care team at info@manoiskin.com within 7 days of delivery, and we will assist you.
