At Manoi Skin, each ritual is thoughtfully created with care and intention. Because our products are personal care items and sold as curated ritual sets, we do not accept returns for refunds.

Store Credit
We offer store credit within 30 days of delivery for eligible orders. Store credit can be used toward any future purchase on ManoiSkin.com and does not expire.
To be eligible for store credit:
The request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
Products must have been purchased directly from ManoiSkin.com
One store credit request per order
Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable.

Final Sale Items
All promotional items, limited editions, and digital products are final sale and not eligible for store credit.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
